Henrik Sundholm > The Fitness Model

I recently spent an entire day shooting for Sturebadet, a bathhouse in central Stockholm, as they were filming a commercial. Here's one of their fitness trainers and models in the gym. I like how she's reflected multiple times in the mirrors.
Henrik Sundholm > The Architecht's Office

This is one of the office buildings being used by White arkitekter. They designed it themselves and it stood finished in 2003.

Henrik Sundholm > The Skans Bridges

Some pretty lights, shadows and reflections to be had; I very much enjoy photographing city landscapes. The lower bridge was built in 1925, and the other one in 1946.
Henrik Sundholm > Cars by the Bridge

This is usually the kind of subject you photograph when you're after something else, and decides to turn around to see what's behind your back. The car and the tree seemed to resonate well with the lower lines of the bridge; the composition just felt right. As it happens, I traverse this bridge maybe six times per week if not more.
Henrik Sundholm > At the Parking Lot

Some cars in a parking lot in front of the main office building of Folksam, one of the major insurance companies in Sweden.

Henrik Sundholm > Old Man and Girl

This sculpture by Gustav Vigeland is quite unsettling, and I have tried to enhance that feeling of uneasiness in my post-processing.
Henrik Sundholm > The Art Traveler

My friend Per, as we were on a bus heading for the Thiel Gallery to see an exhibition with Edvard Munch. It was great to see Munch's sketches and paintings, most notably, to me personally, his portrait of Friedrich Nietzsche. I also got to see Nietzsche's death mask! How cool is that?
Henrik Sundholm > Stargazer

I got this portrait of my friend Per as we stood outside his home. I think a snow shoveler on the opposite roof caught his fancy, but let's imagine he saw a falling star instead. Reality, in art, needs romanticism.
